Introduction to Funnel

Definition: A funnel is a marketing tool with a series of preset pages or offers where the traffic opt-in in the sqeeze page and finally check out in the checkout or Thank You page.

Funnel is the most important thing Now-a-days that everybody who is related or connected with the internet earning must know because funnel is the next big thing. Let me explain more. Funnel is a series of pages where your traffics oft-in in the opt-in page and when they signup by giving their email address, they become a lead. After that, they redirect to another page then another page and finally check out in the checkout page.

What are the types of funnel?

There are a lot of types of funnels but the most commonly used and most important ones are of three types. Lead funnel, Sales funnel and Webinar funnel.

What is a lead funnel?

Lead funnels are used basically for collecting email addresses. To understand lead funnel better, visit Affiliate Marketing Training Program landing page. Click Here to visit. You will see a video and course module and there is an opt-in email box. I strongly suggest you to opt-in in the AMTP free course because you will be receiving one training video everyday in your email inbox and it’s 100% free with no hidden charge. After you give your email address, you will be redirected to the Thank You page. This is a basic lead funnel.

What is a sales funnel ?

If you look at the picture above, you can see five pages. Opt-in page, OTO (which is one-time offer), check out page, OTO upsell and delivery page. This funnel consists of five pages. First one is the opt-in page where there is an email opt-in box, where you need to give your email address and when you give your email address; you automatically redirect to the OTO page. There is an offer OTO page which is $27. When you buy that you will redirect to another page (check out) then another page which is OTO Upsell and finally the delivery page. This is a basic sales funnel.

Another example of funnel:

Look at the picture above. You can see a lot of traffics there. The internet is full of traffics – in Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, everywhere there are traffics. Amazing thing about funnel is that, all you have to do is create a beautiful engaging funnel and you will have an URL for that funnel. Share this URL in all your social media platforms where there are mass traffics and your followers.

When you use your funnel link among your followers or in the social media platforms, people will visit your landing page. When they visit your landing page, they become a lead. When they opt-in using their email address, they become a prospect. After that, they become a customer, then a client.

The objective of a funnel is to convert a lead into a client. All of these happens within a funnel. So, your job is to create an engaging funnel and then share the URL with your audiences. Now I believe, you have a clear idea about funnels.

Introduction to niche

Definition: A niche market is the subset of the market on which a specific product is focused. The market niche defines the product features aimed at satisfying specific market needs as well as the price range, production quality and the demographics that is intended to target it. It is also a small market segment.

Now let me explain. A niche is basically a small markets segments of huge market. Let me give an example. My niche is affiliate marketing and my industry is make money online. My target groups are those who want to make money online through affiliate marketing. My industry is make money online and my audience are those who wants to learn how to make money online through affiliate marketing.

What is your niche? If you are a beginner and don’t know your niche yet, you need to choose your niche right away because you will work on your specific niche all the time. Whatever you will publish online, you will publish in your niche.

How to know your niche?

To know your niche, you have to know what you are most passionate about what you like to do. For example, if you are someone who plays guitar; the industry is music but your niche is Guitar playing. You will teach Guitar, publish contents and make money doing it.

Let’s take another example, if you’re someone who likes gardening very much and does gardening every day, your niche will be gardening. Another example, if you are someone who likes Fitness, you go to the gym and stay fit, you niche can be fitness. I hope you have a clear understanding about niche now.

Introduction to web content

What are web contents? Basically, everything you are being exposed to online every day are web contents. For example, this article you are reading right now is a content. This is a written / blog content.

What about video contents? Whatever you watch on YouTube are video contents, someone uploaded them. Let me draw a beautiful example here. Do you know why facebook is making so much money? Everything you see on Facebook that other peoples posting are contents. Facebook has a millions and millions of users and they post trillions of contents. The fun part here is, facebook is not creator of those contests but facebook is making millions of dollars because of those contents.

I use facebook because of those contents. If none of my friends share any update, I would not definitely visit my news feed. Would I?

Types of web content

There are many types of contents. The most important ones are written / blog contents, audio contents and video contents.

Publishing and why it’s important

Now you have your niche. If you don’t have your niche yet, think about it and choose your niche right now. After that, start publishing immediately. For example, if you’ve chosen fitness as you niche, you already have knowledge on this that other peoples want to learn.  If you love making videos, go and create a channel on YouTube and start uploading videos. If you want to share audio contents, go to ausha.co and publish your podcast on fitness. If you love writing, create a blog and publish articles.

Tip: Don’t hesitate to acquire knowledge from Google and YouTube if you need more knowledge on your chosen niche.

Now you know your niche, you know what you will publish. It’s time to choose which medium you will use for publishing.

How to choose publishing medium?

Depends on what you like to do, writing, creating video or audio. What you are passionate about? If you are passionate about speaking, create audio contents. If you’re passionate about making videos, create videos for YouTube. Do you like to write? Create a blog and start writing and publish every single day. This is the secret key. You can write down this key somewhere you will see “Publish everyday”. If you just follow this one rule, you will become successful in six months or one year. I guarantee you. You will make a lot of money online. Let me help you.
